Service Description
The goal of this class is to teach the dogs to find and then alert the handler to the presence of an odor. Search areas include interiors, exteriors, containers, and vehicle searches. Most dogs love to search and it is fun to see the dogs tap into their natural instinct to track/smell. You really have to build trust with your dog as eventually you will be searching blind and not know where the scent is hidden. The team that finds and accurately alerts the fastest is the winner for this sport. For this class the dogs are on at least a 6 ft leash and must wear a non-restrictive back clip harness. You do not want to inadvertently correct your dog while they are searching for an odor.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that I must give Ready Set Train two weeks' notice to transfer to a new class or withdraw from a class I am enrolled in. A $15 dollar processing fee is charged for any refund issued. If two weeks' notice is not given for cancellations/transfers, I understand that Ready Set Train! will not issue any refund and no class transfer will be allowed. Exceptions can be made due to emergency, but this will be determined by the trainer at the time of the cancellation request.
