Cancellation Policy

I understand that I must give at least 48 hours notice of any cancellations or scheduling changes. If a notice of 48 hours is not given, I understand that Ready, Set...Train! has the right to charge for that training session or a package credit will be applied to that training and no refund will be given. Exceptions can be made due to emergency, but this will be determined by the trainer at the time of the cancellation request.
